Ask for Two Specific Offers
Request one current one-bedroom offer and one current two-bedroom offer, each with a unit identifier, floor plan, square footage, ready date, and lease quote. If the apartments are at different properties, use the same proposed start date and lease length where possible.
Ask whether the photographs show the offered unit or a model. A second bedroom may come with a different living-room layout or less storage, so compare the whole usable space rather than the bedroom count alone.

If you tour a model, request the dimensions and features of the apartment offered. Discuss whether changing the selected floor plan after applying affects the application, quote, or holding payment.
Make the Choice While Both Quotes Are Current
Confirm how long each offer remains valid and whether either unit has a pending application. Obtain the screening criteria and official application link from the authorized leasing office.
The useful decision is between two defined leases and two actual apartments. With the available dates, layout, recurring amount, upfront funds, and application terms aligned, you can judge whether the additional bedroom provides enough value for your own plans.
